Nqobi's Story
Nqobi is a boy from Molweni in the village. He was very sick on Friday and the volunteers were trying to get him to a clinic to help him. He passed away at Lendiwe's house in the afternoon. Mike was with him. He was only four years old. Lean on Me is paying for his funeral which will be held tomorrow.
Life as they say, goes on...sadly but surely. It must go on.

Life in South Africa sounds crazy, but I am really happy that you are there helping the kids. Your blogs are amazing, sad but amazing. Take care of yourself ... I gave Dhevan a big hug and kiss from you last w/e, he is cute as ever (jumping like crazy)!!

Donations can be arranged to Lean on Me...they would go into the trust fund or activity budget. It may be easier if my mom could collect donations and then just send one draft/cheque over...I will talk to her about organizing something though!
Thanks for all your help though -- it is much appreciated...things are going well...it sounds really sad and depressing but most of the time everyone is relatively happy. Zandela is doing a little better...she is quite bedridden now but we visit everyday and she loves it. She put a picture of me her and rebecca up on her wall so she can see us... :)
